Cure Pimples with Water
To cure pimples with water seems rather too easy, and unfortunately, it is. But we can put this into perspective by asking this – can we cure pimples without water?
So commonly known, and so obvious to us all, is the fact that water, simple water, is vital to our well-being. We are literally surrounded by it and our bodies are more than half water – signficantly more.
Water is important in the proper functioning of our bodies in so many different ways – in fact just about all of our bodily functions fail without water. To make the point more forcibly, our brains are about 85% water and function by through electrochemical transmitters – and they require water to assist the conduction of electricity. We cannot think without water. We cannot digest food without water and we could not then disperse its nutrients without blood, which – I think you get the point.
It will not then surprise you to know that healthy and properly functioning skin requires water, or that the elimination of skin pimples, requires copious amounts of water. Doctors and nutritionists recommend between 6 to 8 glasses of water each day. This should be in addition to other drinks – and in particular more should be taken if any diuretic drinks, or alcohol are taken.
To summarise, water is unique – it is vital and you cannot drink too much of it. To cure pimples and to It will promote health in many different ways, you should drink at least the minimum requirements, and preferably more.
However, you should not neglect to follow the advice given elsewhere on this website about the two step approach and two step action plan.
